BeautyPlus, the AI-powered photo editing platform developed by Pixocial, announced the Halloween Photo Booth on BeautyPlus Web on Oct. 23, 2026. The seasonal online experience lets users create themed photo strips directly in their browser and export behind-the-scenes videos of the photo-taking process. It runs from October 26 to October 31, 2026, and requires no app download, as it runs directly in the browser on BeautyPlus Web.
Users can take or upload between two and nine photos, then customize the strip with Halloween filters, AR effects, stickers, frames, and editing tools such as Grid, Filters, and Glow. The sticker library includes seasonal elements such as pumpkins, cobwebs, ghosts, skulls, and black cats.
A key update this year is behind-the-scenes video export, which lets users share the moments behind the strip, from poses and reactions to costume reveals and group interactions, in addition to the finished photo strip. Depending on the selected export option, users can save individual clips or combine the photo-taking sequence into a single video. BeautyPlus Web also offers the AI Video Enhancer to improve video clarity and quality, and the Video Background Remover to remove or replace video backgrounds.
"Halloween is about dressing up, having fun, and creating memories with friends, and often the best moments happen while the photos are being taken," said Vincent Lu, Product Lead at BeautyPlus. Three winners will be selected each day of the campaign to receive one year of BeautyPlus Max, and campaign participants can also access a discount on annual plans.
