Closing Bell: Saudi stock market rise gaining 0.37% to close above 10,000

Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share Index rose 37.02 points, or 0.37%, to close at 10,023.47, according to the closing bell report. More than 348 million shares were traded, worth approximately SR5.22 billion.

BinDawood Holding Co. and Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. led the gainers, each rising 10%. Qassim Cement Co. was the top decliner, falling 5.48%.

Separately, Acwa announced a $478 million desalination project in Dubai.
