Oman's import prices rose 11.7% year-on-year in the second quarter, driven primarily by a 45.5% increase in mineral fuel prices.

The overall import price index also climbed 2% compared with the first quarter. The increase reflects broader energy-market disruptions and rising costs associated with shipping due to regional conflicts.
