Saudi Arabia’s real estate prices rose 1.2 percent in the third quarter compared with a year earlier, according to official data. Gains in residential land and apartment prices offset a steep decline in villa values, the data showed.
The increase comes as Saudi Arabia continues to promote homeownership and expand housing supply under its Vision 2030 economic diversification program. Affordability and financing conditions remain key factors shaping demand, according to the report.
