Super League Enterprise, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLE) said stockholders approved all proposals at its 2026 Annual Meeting on October 16, 2026, clearing the Metaplanet package.
Under the transaction, Metaplanet Holdings, Inc. will contribute 2,100 Bitcoin and $2.5 million in cash at closing. In return, Metaplanet would receive 44,859,400 shares of common stock.
